
Oterra’s New CEO, Susanne Arfelt Rajamand, Takes Over October 12
Natural color producer Oterra has named Susanne Arfelt Rajamand chief executive. The former Royal Greenland group CEO starts October 12.
A leading natural color producer gets a new leader next week. Oterra has appointed Susanne Arfelt Rajamand as chief executive officer, effective October 12, 2026.

Two Decades in Food and Consumer Goods
Arfelt Rajamand brings more than 20 years of international leadership in food, foodservice and consumer goods. She held senior roles at Unilever, McCormick & Company and Fonterra. Most recently, she served as group CEO of Royal Greenland.
She is a Danish national. She holds a master’s degree in business from Copenhagen Business School and an executive MBA from INSEAD. She also sits on the boards of Danish Crown and Protix.
The Board’s Case
Arnd Kaldowski, chairman of the board, announced the appointment. “Her commercial track record and experience leading international, growth-focused organizations make her the right leader to build on Oterra’s strong foundation and further accelerate our growth trajectory,” he said.
“I’m excited and honored to be joining Oterra,” Arfelt Rajamand said. She added that she looks forward to working with the leadership team, the board and the wider organization.

Natural color suppliers sit at the center of the industry’s move away from synthetic dyes. Brands need capacity, consistency and application support, fast. A commercially minded CEO with big-brand experience signals where Oterra intends to compete.
