A Quality Specialist for a Fast-Moving Category
Rapier has spent 15 years developing and running quality programs for the food and beverage industry, including work with commercial food brands. She holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Delaware and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
In the new role, she will develop, manage and implement food safety standards. Her remit covers ingredient sourcing, new product development, regulatory work, compliance and quality services.
“Amy is an authority in the quality control field with nearly two decades of experience implementing safety measures in both food and packaging,” said Dana Osborn, marketing manager at California Natural Color.
